The Model Publication Scheme
As part of our commitment to involve patients and the public with everything we do, High Weald Lewes Havens CCG uses the Model Publication Scheme. This is a list, set out by the Information Commissioner's Office, of information we make public as part of our day-to-day work.
The Model Publication Scheme lists a number of areas on which the CCG should publish data.
Who we are and what we do
Information about who we are and what we do, as well as information on our programmes of work, the different healthcare services we commission, our Constitution and our policies.
What we spend and how we spend it
Financial information on what we spend, including procurement information.
What our plans and priorities are, and how we are doing
Information on our plans, priorities and progress.
How we make decisions
Decisions are made by our Governing Body, based on the processes laid out in our Constitution. Our decisions are informed by consultations with patients, carers and the public.
Our policies and procedures
General and clinical CCG policies and procedures , for delivering our functions and responsibilities.
Lists and registers
Lists and registers, including the CCG's Member Practice and Colleague Registers of Interest, as well as responses to previous Freedom of Information requests.
