The Big Health and Care Conversation will provide opportunities for patients and the public to tell us what matters to them in health and social care.
Throughout the rest of 2018 we will be talking to as many different people as possible about what matters most to them in health and social care. We want to hear from you about about the areas we want to improve, why we want to improve them and how you can help to ensure people living in High Weald Lewes Havens have the best possible services in the future.
How You Can Take Part
The Big Health and Care Conversation builds on the highly successful Big Health and Care Conversation run by Brighton and Hove CCG, and will ensure that people’s views and experiences are heard, acted on and help shape the way health and care is planned and delivered now and in years to come.
Our local plans for health and care are part of the wider Sustainability and Transformation Partnership (STP).
